A B S T R A C T Transformations such as globalization, the contiguity of geographical spaces, as well as developments in the field of military technologies have transformed the issue of defense as the main factor for the survival of countries. Because the transformation from hard to soft war and then the smart war in recent decades has changed the approaches to defense. These transformations have led to the development of discussions about defense purposes. Meanwhile, Middle East countries have a prominent position and importance in terms of defense due to their special conditions. This article has tried to investigate the basic dimensions affecting the defense of foreign countries with descriptive and analytical methods, using library and field findings and Smart-PLS software. The results of the current research show that the effective components in the current research include 130 items that are placed in the form of 15 dimensions. The importance of these dimensions in defense of the Middle East countries is, respectively, geopolitical dimension with a 0.43 score, military dimension with a 0.41 score, economic dimension with a 0.41 score, political dimension with a 0.39 score, hydrology dimension with a 0.34 score, security dimension with a 0.32 score, social dimension with a 0.29 score, demographic dimension with a 0.28 score, cultural dimension with a 0.26 score, scientific-health dimension with a 0.25 score, geomorphological dimension with a 0.25 score, mathematical dimension with a 0.2 score, climatic dimension with a 0.2 score, biological dimension with a 0.2 score and soil dimension with a 0.18 score. Extended Abstract Introduction Security and defense are among the most vital issues for the preservation and survival of countries. In fact, defense and military affairs are necessary for countries' independence and political, cultural and economic development. Among them, geography and political geography are prominent fields that directly affect defense issues. Actions taken by a country in dimensions (political, military, economic, etc.) in order to maintain security and territorial integrity, guarantee independence and protection of its people against any enemy attack, will organize the geographical (spatial) environment, wise and appropriate distribution of critical places and sensitive centers and infrastructures are identified by taking into account the threats and the correct use of environmental capacities in political, economic, social, cultural, etc. dimensions, and as a result, it can lead to stability and stability in the country's geographical space. The design of defense planning model according to the economic, cultural, political and environmental features in the new era when countries are facing external and internal threats as a sub-branch of territorial planning has received the attention and importance of officials and governance systems in order to be able to reduce these threats with accurate and systematic planning in the geographical space, defense planning is not separate from the flow of national and regional planning. It is important to pay attention to it based on the type and amount of external and internal threats to governance. Due to the expansion of the security circle, the government is not only responsible for creating military security. However, it must also exercise part of its authority in the direction of territorial management. On the other hand, there has been a transformation in the form of threats and wars based on changes and the movement from hard to soft war and finally, smart war is the basis for reviewing and recognizing the components that can be used in defense of countries, including the Middle East countries, have a prominent position and importance. Despite the internal differences between countries, the Middle East has commonalities and connections that can directly affect the overall defense of this geographical space.   Methodology In terms of type and purpose, the current research is fundamentally applied. Also, it is descriptive and analytical in terms of nature. This research, in addition to the correct and realistic depiction of the defense situation of the Middle East countries, it is tried to provide a suitable model for the defense of the countries. The sources used in the current research are library and field sources (questionnaires). According to the subject of the current research, the statistical population of this research is a collection of people, experts and elites who have sufficient knowledge, experience and expertise regarding the research topic, which is the design of the defense model, according to the nature of the Delphi pattern model, at least the statistical population based on the sources should be between twenty and fifty people to reach statistical saturation. The number of selected samples included 51 people who were identified in the form of a non-random sampling pattern and introduced as a statistical sample in the framework of the Delphi model. Due to the qualitative nature of this research, it has been tried to use the Delphi model in the framework of the targeted non-random model. Therefore, based on these cases, the current research has selected the maximum statistical population of 51 elites, experts, and opinionated people in this field. In this research, to evaluate the research hypotheses in the form of the hardness equations model, the partial least squares method and the SMART-PLS software, which is a variance-based path modeling technique and provides the possibility of checking the theory and metrics simultaneously, have been exerted.   Results and discussion In this research, approaches such as political, military, cultural, etc., in the field of land use have been discussed. In the meantime, the defense of countries as an emerging approach is significant. According to the developments in geographical spaces, such as the evolution of military-defense technologies, the connection of geographical spaces to each other and most importantly, the movement from hard and soft war to smart war has witnessed a transformation and wide attention in a way that countries are suited to these developments are trying to prepare the geographical space of their country in terms of defense. Therefore, the defense planning of the Middle East countries as a geographical region has great importance from a geopolitical and strategic point of view, which indicates that the countries of this region face threats and complex defense-security issues in different ways.   Conclusion The results of the present research show that the defense planning in developing countries should be considered according to their characteristics, considering all 15 dimensions, which include 130 components. In the design of the defense planning of these countries, attention should be paid to the weight and importance of the shaping dimensions. In general, it can be said that the defense planning of the Middle East countries is proportional to the geographical features of these countries and on the other hand, considering the developments in the field of threats and moving from hard to smart war, 15 dimensions should be considered for the defense of these countries.   Funding There is no funding support.   Authors’ Contribution Authors contributed equally to the conceptualization and writing of the article. Abstract:

Fractal theory is increasingly being used to characterize aggregate size distributions of soils. Our purpose was to compare indirect number-size fractal dimension (Dn, a fitting parameter), mass-size fractal dimension (Dm), and mean weight diameter (MWD), as measures of soil aggregate stability. Samples of a calcareous silty clay soil (Calcixerollic Xerochrept) was treated with cationic, anionic and clay emulsion petroleum mulches and "krilium merloam" (krilium) which is a copolymer of vinyl acetate and maleic acid. Application amounts were 0, 0.5, 1.0 and 1.5 g kg-1 on dry mass basis. Assuming cubic aggregates of constant dry density, Dn was estimated from cumulative size-frequency distribution data plotted on a log log scale and Dm was estimated from cumulative mass-size distribution data in the same manner. Dn and Dm decreased with increasing amount of mulch applications indicating an increase in aggregate stability as a result of the addition of the mulch. The increase was most pronounced for the krilium, indicating that this chemical was most effective for increasing aggregate stability. Application of MWD, Dn and Dmmay lead to different conclusion’s in the assessment of the effectiveness of the various chemicals for improving soil aggregate stability. For less effective chemicals (petroleum mulches) Dn values (a fitting parameter) were a better indicator of differences in fragment distributions. while for more effective chemicals (Le., krilium) MWD showed the differences in fragment distribution better than Dn and Dm.A~e1ition of krilium at amounts greater than 0.5 g kg-1 might have resulted in aggregates with complete fragmentation properties, while the aggregates of other treatments did not show this behavior. The Dn (a fitting parameter) may be used to describe the fractal behavior of the soil fragments with MWD greater than 0.67 and 1.17 mm for petroleum mulch and krilium applications, respectively. However mass-size fractal dimensions failed to show the effects of various rates of petroleum, mulches on the fragment size distributions.

Abstract:

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of using portulaca oleracea as a source of plant antioxidants for feeding fattening male lambs, on carcass traits, meat quality, and oxidative stability. Twenty-one male lambs with an average weight of 24±1.5 kg and 150±15 days old were fed with one of the experimental rations included a diet without portulaca oleracea as control, a diet containing 7.5%, and a diet containing 15% portulaca oleracea, for 84 days. The muscle (Longissimus dorsi) samplewas used to determine pH, chemical composition, colorimetric properties, and oxidative stability of meat. Meat lipid oxidation was determined after 1, 7, and 30 days of refrigerated storage using thiobarbituric acid (TBARS). The use of portulaca oleracea in diets improved meat color characteristics such as L, chroma, and Hue. The highest ash concentration and the lowest meat moisture were observed in the treatment of 15% portulaca oleracea (P<0.05). Meat pH was the lowest in the first hour after slaughter but did not differ at 24 h. Compared to the control, in both treatment groups feeding the lambs with portulaca significantly reduced the concentration of Malondialdehyde in the meat of the lambs and increased the meat oxidative stability (P<0.05). The results of this experiment showed that feeding portulaca oleracea by improving properties such as color and increasing the meat oxidative stability improves meat quality, which may have lead to an increase in its nutritional value in terms of human health.

Abstract:

The Purpose of this research was to compare the marital stability and love dimensions among students with traditional and modern marriage. The population of the study included 22 to 35-year-old students married for more than 10 years and studying in Islamic Azad universities of Fars Province. The sample consisted of 326 patients (224 people with traditional marriage and 104 individuals with non-traditional marriage) selected by using multi-stage cluster sampling. Marital Instability Index (Edwards, Johnson and Booth) and Sternberg's love triangle were used for data collection. The findings indicated that there was a significant difference between traditional and modern marriage, related to marriage instability. The average score of the marriage instability (divorce possibility) in traditional marriages were significantly higher than modern marriages. In addition, results showed that there was a meaning difference (P<0.05) between couples with traditional and modern marriage in the love dimensions. It means that the average grade of couple with traditional marriage was meaningfully more than the average grade of couple with modern marriage in passion and desire dimensions.

Abstract:

Countries facing high inflation and sanctions, particularly resource-rich economies such as Iran and Venezuela, may benefit from resource-backed cryptocurrencies as tools for monetary stability. In this study, global oil and gold prices were converted into the Iranian Rial using the free-market U.S. dollar exchange rate. We assess the viability of a crude oil-pegged digital asset using daily data on Iran’s free-market exchange rates, global gold prices, and the Rial value of crude oil. Applying Jensen’s conditional dynamic alpha and GARCH-modeled volatility, we find that gold consistently outperforms the U.S. dollar in risk-adjusted returns, supporting the case for dual oil- and gold-backing. Integrating gold into an oil-backed cryptocurrency enhances stability and resilience against macroeconomic shocks. To ensure credibility and transparency, we examine cryptographic mechanisms including zero-knowledge reserve proofs, secure oracles, and smart contract governance. The results provide a replicable valuation framework for resource-backed cryptocurrencies, demonstrate their potential to deliver stable, risk-adjusted returns, and offer policy-relevant insights for sanctioned or inflation-prone economies with natural resources seeking alternative monetary instruments. This study contributes to the literature on asset-backed digital currencies by combining financial modeling with cryptographic design, highlighting the role of multi-commodity collateralization in strengthening decentralized monetary systems under economic and geopolitical constraints.

Abstract:

A B S T R A C TThe purpose of this study is to measure the level of sustainability of residential complexes in Gorgan and to identify the impact of social capital and its dimensions on the concept of housing sustainability. The research method is descriptive and survey type. The statistical population of the research includes all the residential complexes of Gorgan city, of which 268 cases were determined using Cochran's formula as a statistical sample and were selected and studied using the two-stage cluster sampling method.. A researcher-made questionnaire with an answer package was used to collect data. Its validity was confirmed using the formal method and its reliability using Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the concept of social capital (α = 0.879) and housing sustainability (α = 0.810), respectively. The findings showed that there is a significant positive relationship between social capital and its dimensions with the dependent variable, i.e. housing sustainability variable and its four dimensions. The results showed that the integrated model in the present study was able to explain the relationship between social capital and the concept of housing sustainability to an acceptable extent. Therefore, this model can be useful for other urban areas of the countryExtended AbstractIntroductionThe home is the source and destination of all human life; and man leaves it for work and social activity, and after doing it and gaining experience, he returns home. Therefore, the category of housing is a broad and complex category that has various dimensions. This concept, in addition to the place in the physical concept, includes all the services and facilities needed by an individual or family that need it to live. To this end, housing planning requires in-depth studies in various social, cultural and historical fields. Today, the mere attention to the economy, many human, social, indigenous and cultural values have been lost in the course of these unprincipled constructions that have grown and are growing at an unprecedented rate. Hence, housing architecture does not simply mean designing or constructing space for human life; For this reason, in housing architecture, especially social housing, apart from the design of human habitation, other dimensions of human life and habitation must also be considered. Based on what has been mentioned, in our country, today most of the economic dimension and consequently a small increase in the construction and architecture of residential complexes and other dimensions of sustainable development, including social, cultural, physical and The environment is neglected. Lack of adequate housing, as housing that has the least incompatibility with the natural environment around it and in a wider area with the region and the world; it creates problems for the city and its residents. Meanwhile, residential complexes in Gorgan are no exception to this rule. Complexes that are designed with only the economic dimension in mind, the result of which is the construction of housing in different parts of the city, which has the least coordination and compatibility with other aspects of sustainable development. Given the above, the importance of the present study, attention to the principles of sustainable development and the need to create and expand social capital for human societies, in the space that was drawn is very important. MethodologyAccording to the purpose of the research and the level of data analysis, the survey method has been used to collect data. For this purpose, a researcher-made questionnaire was used to obtain information. The statistical population of the study includes all residential complexes in Gorgan. The sample size is 268 based on Cochran's logical formula. Two-stage cluster random sampling method is used. So that the statistical population is divided into clusters and homogeneous groups and then the quota of groups or clusters is determined in proportion to the frequency distribution of each cluster. In the next step, residential complexes are selected as a statistical sample from each cluster. To verify the validity of the tool, the formal validation method (referring to professors and specialists) has been used. Cronbach's alpha method was also used to determine the reliability of the instrument. Results and discussionAccording to the results of t-test, it can be said that the social capital index is not desirable. The average of social capital index is lower than the hypothetical average. This means that the amount of social capital of the residents of residential complexes in Gorgan is not at the desired level. This is if the level of stability of residential complexes in Gorgan is at a desirable level. Also, there is a significant relationship between housing sustainability and social capital. And the order of the effect of social capital variable on the dimensions of economic, social, physical and environmental sustainability. Based on the results of the probability ratio of the Chi-square value model is less than 0.01, it can be said that the regression model is a good model in which independent variables are well able to explain the changes of the dependent variable. The results of hierarchical regression analysis showed that the estimated value of the social interaction variable is equal to 1.184, which shows that assuming the effect of all model variables remains constant, an increase in the independent social interaction variable increases by 1.184 units. In logarithmic ratios, the dependent variable (housing stability) will be associated. Prioritization of the effectiveness of the studied factors indicates that the factor of formal participation has the first place in determining the sustainability of housing. After this factor, the mental class factor is in the second place, then the residential home ownership factor is in the third place. ConclusionOne of the issues that has attracted everyone's attention in recent decades is housing and its sustainable development, which is in line with human development. An important point that has been addressed in the documents of the Second Human Settlement Summit is the importance of the role of sustainable housing and the provision of adequate housing for the people in the development process. Various factors such as architectural style, climate, geography and customs are influential in housing design in different places. In the meantime, the role of social factors or in other words social capital cannot be ignored; Because social capital is rooted in the structure and social norms of society and is generally a combination of trust, communication network, social norms and social relations at the individual and community level. Accordingly, the main purpose of this study is to measure the social capital of residents and the sustainability of residential complexes in Gorgan. Based on the results, the four dimensions of the dependent variable are affected by the social capital variable. This means that the existence of concepts such as trust, interaction, participation, etc. in residential complexes, can provide the stability of the residential complex. As long as the residents of a complex have an effective and reciprocal relationship with each other, the stability of the residential complex is provided; Residents to protect the complex facilities, provide security, visual beauty, hygiene and cleanliness, rehabilitate or create space Green and ... will interact and participate with each other.FundingThere is no funding support. Authors’ ContributionAuthors contributed equally to the conceptualization and writing of the article. Abstract:

Nowadays, researchers are very interested to investigate the dynamic behavior of thin-walled structures during the machining process due to their broad application in aerospace, automotive industries, etc. One of the main problems in the machining of thinwalled structures is unstable chatter vibrations, which causes poor machined surface quality and decreases the system life span. Therefore, the main aim of this paper is to propose a practical method to solve the chatter instability problem during the milling process of thinwalled components. To this end, first, the effects of geometrical parameters like workpiece height, thickness, tool overhang, diameter, and their ratios on the chatter stability are investigated. Based on the mentioned parameters, three-dimensional Stability Lobe Diagrams (SLDs) are presented for the , first time in which one can use the diagrams to switch the unstable machining process to a stable one by changing the values of the system parameters. Finally, the results obtained by the experimental test show that the presented threedimensional diagrams can be utilized to avoid chatter instability in the milling process.

Abstract:

Purpose: When the company is in a stable state, its value is enhanced from the perspective of investors, creditors, and the general public, and the company's short-term and long-term performance is determined as a function of multiple management policies. Considering that the result of management policies can be evaluated with the value chain performance index of the company, The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of value chain performance on profitability, financial stability, as well as financial health and going concern. On the other hand, its effect on the company's bankruptcy risk has been investigated. Method: The statistical population of the research includes all active companies in the Tehran Stock Exchange; However, by applying the necessary restrictions, the number of 142 active companies in the period of 11 years, i.e. from 2011 to 2021, has been examined. To measure the performance of the value chain by purposefully determining the input and output variables, Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA) function approach has been used. Also, multiple regression has been used to test the research hypotheses. Results: The findings of the research showed at the confidence level of 95%, the performance of the company's value chain has a positive effect on the profitability index, financial stability, as well as financial health and going concern. But they significantly have a negative effect on the bankruptcy risk. Conclusion: The results of the present research showed that the performance of the set of steps in the value chain of listed companies, while improving the financial performance, had a favorable effect on their financial health and stability, as well as their survival, and as a result, the probability of their bankruptcy was reduced. Although the value chain performance evaluation index has a score of less than 50%, the overall performance of companies can contribute to the economic growth and development of the country and the optimal allocation of resources. Contribution: Evaluating the performance of the set of components of the company's value chain in the form of a single index is particularly important for researchers as a result of multiple management policies; In addition, it can help in the proper selection of investors, the correct assessment and advice of consultants and analysts, the decision-making and planning of company managers, as well as the direction and control of the capital market and macroeconomics by statesmen.

After condensation, the prepared samples were injected into gas chromatography machine equipped with mass spectroscopy; and mass spectra obtained, using Eight Peak reference, and Kuats index (KI) and its conformity with standard Kuats index was also assessed. The compounds in Hexane-Ether phases were identified. Based on the results, in the Hexane phase of sea cucumber issue, there were nine compounds including: 2-0ctanol (5.23 %), 5 Methyl 2-Hexanol (8.05 %), 2-Nonanol (2.5%), Cyclohexasiloxane, Dodecamethyl (2.09%), 3-Hydroxystearic (1.66%), Methyl Arachidonate (20.65%), 1, 4, 8, Dodecatriene (21.71%), Oleicacid (30.27%), and, I-Dodecanol (2.52%). There were also seven compounds in the Ether phase including: Tetradecane (0.63%), Palmitoleic acid (1.23%), Palmitic acid (1.63%), Oleic acid (40.31%), Stearic acid (3.40%), Methyl Arachidonate (28.62%), and 1, 2- Benzendicarboxlic acid (2-ethyl hexyl) (2.71%). We found that in both phases the main ingredient is Oleic acid. The investigation of antioxidant activity was conducted by the OSI and Rancimat apparatus. We detected no antioxidant activity in the sea cucumber compounds.
